Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Yes, it all depends on the type of order and the time of notification.

If you contact us at least 48 hours before delivery, our Customer Service will be able to change the data you indicate, since the order has not left our facilities. Please note that this change involves the payment of a new transport service as we will have to change the route with our supplier. 

If the order you have placed is a parcel and is going to be delivered by SEUR, CORREOS or CORREOS EXPRESS (Correos Express only available in Spanish) you can make the changes directly from their own website, in the link that they will send you by email and sms. Changes can be made up to 1 hour before the delivery date. To manage it, access the SEUR, CORREOS or CORREOS EXPRESS website.
