Not all the items in my order have been delivered. What do I have to do?

If it is a home delivery, click & collect or express delivery of bulky items, it is essential that you check whether the number of packages you have received at the time of delivery corresponds to the number of packages shown on the delivery note. Note on the delivery note what is missing and contact us so that we have a record of what happened. 

In the case of parcel orders, you should contact us as soon as possible after delivery of your order, indicating the reference number of the missing item.

In the case of parcel orders, you must contact us within the first 7 days from the delivery of your order, indicating the reference number of the missing item.

Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
