How does the TaskRabbit IKEA Furniture Assembly Service work?
1. Arrange your furniture assembly online
Arrange this service for your IKEA purchases. If you are making an online purchase, please select the items that you want us to assemble and TaskRabbit will send you a quote via email once your IKEA purchase is complete. Simply access the link and select a date and time for assembly.
2. Get matched with a Tasker
Taskers are people who are tasked with assembling furniture. Once you have booked the service, TaskRabbit will connect you to one of them. You can chat with the Tasker and discuss and confirm any details you need.
3. Assembly and payment
Please make sure that the items are placed where they are going to be assembled. Taskers always follow IKEA furniture assembly instructions.This includes securing furniture to the wall if specified in the instructions.You will only be charged for the service once the task is complete. *Please note that the Taskers will not take away any packaging; however, they will leave it tidy for you.
