Click & Collect

With Click & Collect, you're in control. Place your order online and choose when and where to collect it. With close to 100 collection points and more than 2,300 Correos branches, you can collect your order almost anywhere.

Yes, you'll still need to travel, but we will collect your item(s) from the store to save you time and energy.

How it works

From an IKEA store FREE for purchases over 70€ (Rest 5€)

We will fetch your items for you and prepare your order within 3 hours, so you will only have to load your item(s) into your vehicle. 

  1. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method when you place your order online and choose "From an IKEA store"
  2.  Choose your collection date and time slot.
  3. Before checkout, a message will display the pick-up location
  4. Collect your order from your chosen store.

From an IKEA locker

The lockers* are available 24/7. The best option when your schedule and ours don't match.

  1. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method when placing your order online and choose "In-store lockers".
  2. Once your order been prepared, we will send you a text message with a collection code.
  3. Collect your order by entering the code on the locker screen to open the locker. You can now enjoy your items!

*Service available at the Alcorcón, San Sebastián de los Reyes and Málaga stores.

At a Correos branch

If your order is small we will deliver it to a Correos branch for just a little more than the cost of one of our FRAKTA bags.

  1. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method when placing your order online and choose "from a Correos branch or IKEA pick-up point"
  2. Choose between more than 2,300 Correos branches to collect your order. You can view them here. 
  3. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection at Correos. 

 

If your order is big or medium-sized, you can only choose this collection method in the following Correos branches:

If you prefer, we also have more than 70 collection points to be closer to you.

  1. Select Click & Collect as your delivery method when placing your order online and choose "Other collection points".
  2.  Choose your collection date and time slot.
  3. Before checkout, a message will display the pick-up location
  4. Collect your order from your chosen collection point.

Where to collect your order

If you need to know the full opening hours, go to "Check details". This option will appear on the map when you select your IKEA point.
