Can I have a more specific time interval for my delivery or assembly?

Deliveries and services have a limited time frame that you can check in your order. We cannot specify the exact time of arrival within this time frame

We want you to know the status of your order, so you will receive confirmation emails at each stage from preparation to delivery. The same day of delivery you will receive a notification informing you of the time slot, so we will be in contact with you and you will be able to see where your order is at all times.

It is not possible to specify the exact time of arrival. Remember that you must remain available on your contact phone throughout the selected time slot. It is also necessary for someone to be at home during the entire time slot.
