Will Taskrabbit contact me before my assembly service appointment?

The Tasker that has been assigned to conduct your assembly service will reach out to you in a chat thread that you can reach in the Taskrabbit app or on their website, to discuss any details regarding your appointment. They will also send you a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled assembly service.

 

Once you have placed an order with the assembly service and activated your Taskrabbit account, you will be assigned a Tasker who will contact you via a chat in the Taskrabbit app or on the Taskrabbit website (in spanish). You can then chat with your assigned Tasker at any time to discuss the details of the appointment until your assembly is complete. Note that you must have activated your Taskrabbit account in order to proceed with the setup and contact the Tasker.

You will be assigned a Tasker at any time between the time the task is booked and up to 24 hours before the service.

24 hours before the scheduled assembly date, you will also receive a reminder about the service. On the agreed date and time, the Tasker will arrive at your home and complete the installation. Please note that the Tasker is not responsible for the disposal of the assembly materials. You must also place the box(es) in the room where the products will be assembled prior to the Tasker's arrival.
