How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You choose how and when to pick up your order. If you can come to the store, perfect! you will have your order ready in 3 hours, if you prefer that we take it where you indicate, it will take about 24 hours for provinces with IKEA store or 72 hours for the rest. You can also pick up your order at one of our collection points, you will have it available in 3 days. In addition you can enjoy smaller items sent by parcel in about 3 to 6 working days and for shipments of goods to any address from central warehouse calculates a minimum of 5 days.  

These delivery times are approximate. You can set the exact delivery date during the purchase process, before making the payment, and then track the order. In our store we will inform you of the delivery times before contracting the service.

We want you to know the status of your order, so you will receive confirmation emails at each stage from preparation to delivery. The same day of delivery you will receive a notification informing you of the time slot, so we will be in contact with you and you can see at all times where your order is.
