TACK Scarborough! A message to our customers…
IKEA Canada has made the difficult decision to close the IKEA Scarborough Town Centre location. We continue to welcome customers to shop with us until our last day of operations on Monday, January 5, 2026. Until this date, the store, Swedish Deli, and Exchanges and returns remain open with normal operating hours.
Please note the following changes to services offered at IKEA Scarborough Town Centre:
- The Swedish Deli is open Monday to Friday from noon to 8:00 PM until December 31, 2025 and will close permanently on January 2, 2026
- The IKEA Sell-back service will no longer be available beginning on November 28, 2025; items that were previously submitted and approved can be returned during the 30-day time period.
- Click and collect can be booked up until December 24, 2025; the last day for collection is December 31, 2025.
- Planning appointments will be available until December 31, 2025.
- Items from IKEA Scarborough Town Centre will no longer be available in the As-Is online marketplace beginning on December 31, 2025.
- Loyalty members whose shopping preference was set to IKEA Scarborough Town Centre will be automatically updated to IKEA North York as of January 6, 2026. Being a loyalty member is free, and no action is required from you; your account will keep all existing functionalities.
