Why is my order split into two different deliveries?

We want you to receive your products as soon as possible. Sometimes it can happen that articles have to come from different locations. For example from our warehouse and the store near you. In that case, we have to deliver several times.

It is possible that we may have to charge you multiple times for delivery costs.
