    IKEA closely follows the developments around the corona virus. The health and safety of our customers and co-workers is always a top priority for IKEA.

    Therefor our delivery service will temporarily only bring products to your front door. This is to avoid direct personal contact as much as possible. If you live in an apartment, the order will still be delivered to the front door of your apartment. If there is no lift available, the order will be delivered up to the 4th floor.

      How long do I have to cancel my order?

      You can cancel your order up until we start collecting the goods (except for custom-made products).

      Can I cancel an order for a custom-made product?

      Unfortunately this is not possible. You can't cancel an order for a custom-made product because it's being made especially for you. Custom-made products are usually from our kitchen worktop and sofa ranges.

      You will receive confirmation from us that you have ordered a custom-made product and we will discuss the specific terms and conditions with you.

      You can only return these products if there is something wrong with them and they cannot be used for the purpose described.

      What should I do when bringing my order back to the store?

      • Bring the products with you.
      • Bring the email with the order confirmation along.
      • Don't forget the payment confirmation and/or delivery slip.
      • Go to customer service.

      When exchanging or returning products at one of our stores, we will refund the purchase price, credit your credit card or have it refunded by Klarna or Afterpay.

      How long do I have to return my order?

      If you want to return an order, you can do so up to 14 days after receipt of the order. Would you prefer to return your order to one of our stores? This is possible from the day of receipt until 365 days after delivery.

      How much will it cost to return my order?

      You are always responsible for the cost of returning an order. To return a package, the cost is EUR 2.99; for returns by truck, the cost is EUR 39.

      If you return your online order to us in full within 14 days, the cost of your order, including the original transport costs, will be refunded to your bank account.

      If you return your online order after 14 days, only the value of the item will be refunded. You will be responsible for the original transport costs.

      How will I get my money back if I return a product?

      If you return a product or cancel an order, the purchase price will be refunded using the same method that you used for payment.
