  • During the 45-minute online appointment, our specialist will go through everything with you to come up with the best solution for your personal needs.
  • All the sketches and other materials made are for you. You have the possibility to order the advised products directly online.
  • In order to create a suitable solution, we ask you to prepare a floor plan with exact dimensions and height of the room in question, location of doors, windows, sockets.
  • An appointment with our wardrobe specialist costs € 19.99, but you'll receive this amount as a discount when you order a PAX or PLATSA wardrobe of € 350 or more.

At IKEA you'll find the right storage solution for every situation. Together with our specialist, you will create a BESTÅ storage unit to suit your needs during your online appointment.

This service is especially for the design of:

  • During a 30-minute appointment, our specialist will go through everything with you online to find the best solution for your personal needs.
  • A BESTÅ storage solution Consultation & Planning appointment takes place online. 
  • All the sketches and other material made are for you to keep. You have the possibility to order the recommended products directly online.
  • In order to create a suitable solution, we ask you to prepare a floor plan with exact dimensions and height of the room, location of doors, windows, sockets.
  • It is also important to think about the desired look of your furniture.
  • An appointment with our expert costs €19.99, which you will receive as a discount if you order a cabinet of €350 or more.

Are you looking for an entirely new kitchen or do you want to renew your current one? IKEA have 40 years of kitchen experience and fully customizable options for every cooking need and convenient services from planning to installation.

How does it work?

  • During a planning appointment, our kitchen specialist will take you through the entire planning process. From dimensions and technical issues to your cooking wishes and style that you like.
  • You can book and appointment with the kitchen specialist in store or online via a video meeting you can join from wherever you want.
  • You will receive a 3D design, a product list and a kitchen quote. We can help you place an order right away and discuss installation service options.
  • An appointment with our kitchen specialist costs € 49.99, but you'll receive this amount back as a discount when you order a kitchen of at least € 500.

IKEA for Business service 

Whether you're creating a new restaurant, an office for a start-up, or a stylish shop, IKEA is happy to help you in a way that's right for you. Would you like customised interior advice, more information about specific products and services or would you like to be personally assisted by a permanent contact person?

How does it work?

  • You can schedule an appointment for an introductory meeting with one of our IKEA for Business experts, or with one of our interior designers.
  • During the appointment we would like to get to know your company. In addition, look at the desired look of the space/office and which services also fit. Together we can discuss how IKEA can help you and allow you to focus on your business.
  • This meeting is free of charge and without obligation. If an advice is elaborated, you pay € 29.99 per hour.

How does online personal advice work?
