What possibilities do I have to return an IKEA product?
There are three return possibilities: in Store, Parcel and Truck.
- Return in store – Free of charge – prepare your return and go to your preferred IKEA store.
- Parcel Return – hand in your return at your nearest post office or at any official Swiss Post collection point.
- Truck Return – from 99.95 CHF – book a pick-up by our transporter.
Return costs will be deducted to reimbursement.
