What is the return policy at IKEA?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy or simply changed your mind, IKEA products can be returned within 365 days.
Food products sold in our Swedish market can only be returned within a reasonable time frame, provided they are still in their original packaging and suitable for consumption. Frozen products or the ones cooked for you cannot be returned.
Special return policies apply to mattresses.
- Return in store – Register an Express return to skip the queque and visit your nearest IKEA store.
- Parcel Return – Register your Parcel return online and hand in your return at your nearest post office or at any official Swiss Post collection point.
- Truck Return – Book a pick-up by truck for larger products you want to return. Please note, that products needs to be disassembled for a truck return.
