    3D Secure is not your credit card PIN number but an additional security measure for online credit card transactions. In order to make a credit card purchase at IKEA.ch, you need to be registered with your credit card provider’s 3D Secure programme. If you are not yet registered, you can do so now in the online checkout process or contact your credit card provider directly.

    3D-Secure Information
    At IKEA, we believe that your personal information deserves to be treated with the highest priority and care. Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey are part of the “3D Secure” program developed by the credit card industry, of which IKEA Canada is a participant. The program is designed to ensure the safety and security of online transactions. For this reason, at the payment stage of your order on IKEA.ch, you may be directed to your credit card's secure payment page.If you do not have a Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode or American Express SafeKey password registered at time of checkout (not your banking PIN or IKEA.ch password), you can enroll in the program at the payment step by clicking on the link “I am not enrolled in Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure code/American Express SafeKey” which will redirect you to the your credit card’s issuing bank to set up your account. For further inquiries, we would suggest contacting your financial institution.

    IKEA Gift Cards and Refund Cards

    IKEA Gift Cards and Refund Cards can be used for all online orders. A gift card payment can also be mixed with a credit card payment. We accept gift cards issued by most other countries.
