Parcel delivery

Our quick delivery method for small orders

Price: CHF 7.95

Leadtime: approx. 3 working days, Monday - Friday 08:00-21:00

Good to know:

  • Bookable up to a total weight of max. 30 kg and parcel size of max. 100cm x 60cm x 60cm
  • The delivery option appears automatically in the order process if all criteria are met.
  • Pick-up at DPD pick-up stations possible - select Click & Collect in the order process
  • Please note: For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to Pickpost addresses.

    • Our service partner sends you further details about your order via e-mail or SMS, with the option of managing your delivery.

Standard delivery

Our service partner will deliver to the room of your choice.

Leadtime: 2-10 days

Good to know:

  • Flat rate for deliveries up to 3000 kg.We will prepare an individual quotation for deliveries over 3,000kg. Please contact us directly.
  • Bookable up to 30 days in advance
  • When you order online, this service can be combined with other offers, such as assembly and recycling services. (Book after ordering: My order)
  • Only valid in Switzerland and Liechtenstein
    • Delivery to a room of your choice in your flat, house or office.
    • When you place your order you will be able to choose time or date window during which your order will be delivered. Our delivery partner will contact you by phone 30 minutes before your delivery is set to arrive.
    • The driver will have you sign for the delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery when it is scheduled to arrive.

Express delivery

Fastest same or next day delivery option. Can only be booked within a limited delivery zone.

Price: CHF 129.00

Leadtime: 

  • If ordered before 15:00: delivery on the same day
  • If ordered after 15:00: delivery the following day  

Good to know:

  • Delivery option appears automatically in the order process if the address is in the express delivery zone
  • Flatrate for deliveries up to 700 kg.
  • This delivery option cannot be combined with other offers such as assembly and removal services.
  • Due to logistical reasons, packaging is not returnable.
    • Delivery to a room of your choice in your flat, house or office.
    • When you place your order you will be able to choose a 4-hour window during which your order will be delivered.
    • Our delivery partner will contact you by phone 30 minutes before your delivery is set to arrive.
    • The driver will have you sign for the delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery when it is scheduled to arrive.

Curbside delivery

Can only be booked within a limited delivery zone.

Price: CHF 49.95

Leadtime: 2-6 days

Good to know:

  • Flat rate for deliveries up to 299 kg
  • Delivery option appears automatically in the order process if the address is in the delivery zone
  • This delivery option cannot be combined with other offers such as assembly and removal services.
  • Due to logistical reasons, packaging is not returnable.
  • Only valid in Switzerland.
    • We will deliver your order to your curb, or as close to your address as vehicle access allows.
    • Select a delivery date in the order process. You will receive a SMS or e-mail from our service partner one day before the delivery date to confirm a 2-hour delivery window for the next day.
    • On the day of delivery our service partner will call you 30 minutes before delivery.
    • The driver will have you sign for the delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery when it is scheduled to arrive.

2h express curbside delivery

NEW: Delivery within 2 hours from the Spreitenbach, Dietlikon and Aubonne stores.

Frequently asked questions

  • Please log in and use our order tracking. Enter your order number and e-mail address.

  • You can change a delivery date yourself by going to your order history in your profile. If you do not have an account, you can change your truck delivery date here.

    You cannot change the delivery date for parcel deliveries.

    If you change the delivery date less than 72 hours before scheduled delivery, you may be charged an additional fee.

  • Yes, your items can be sent to a different address. When placing your order, click on "deliver to a different address". You can also change the billing address. We deliver throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries cannot be made to other countries. Please contact an IKEA store in the country of your choice at www.ikea.com.

  • Due to the current unprecedented situation, our supply chain may be disrupted. If your delivery is affected, we might have to remove some late items from your order in order to keep your promised delivery date. The amount of these items will be refunded to you. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working hard to provide you with the shopping experience you are used to.

  • You can return your products within 365 days (mattresses 90 days) with the till receipt. Returns are free of charge at the store. You can now speed up the process even more by registering your returns online. We also offer a collection service and returns by package. Both services incur a fee.
