With Click & Collect, you can order your products online and collect them later at the pick-up location of your choice. Here you can find all the pick-up stations.

Price: CHF 9.95 per order

How it works:

  • You can conveniently shop online and select "Click & Collect" during the ordering process.
  • You select the pick-up location you want and a time slot.
  • Our staff carefully put together your order.
  • We make your order available for collection and notify you by e-mail or SMS.
  • Please keep to the pick-up time you have selected. You will find it on your order confirmation.

Good to know:

  • A Click & Collect order cannot be changed to a standard delivery order.

  • Time slots offered during regular opening hours.
  • Applicable for products available at your selected IKEA store.
  • Drive-In collection area is signposted at the entrance and in the car park.

Do I need a proof of purchase to pick up my order?

When you come to pick up your order using the Click & Collect in store service, you will need a valid photo ID, as well as your proof of purchase or your order number.

What are the hours of operation for the Click & Collect in store service?

You can shop online from the comfort of your home on 24/7. To collect your order in-store, the time window for the pick-up of your Click & Collect order will be offered during your IKEA store’s opening hours. You will be able to choose it during the checkout process.

  • Which articles and services are available at the external pick-up points and for Click & Collect in the store?

    External pick-up points are operated by service partners and are pick-up points only. It is not possible to purchase products or book services at the pick-up points. For the same reasons, goods cannot be returned there. If you need any of the above services, please contact Customer Service or stop by an IKEA store. Almost every product available in the IKEA store can be ordered via Click & Collect. Once you have added your items to your shopping bag and selected the IKEA store for the Click & Collect service, the system will check availability and inform you accordingly.

    What if I can't make it during the pick up time window?

    Can I change it?If you wish to change your pick up day and time to a different day, please call our Customer Support Centre as soon as possible. Please notice that we can guarantee up to 48 hours additional storage, afterwards your Click & Collect order will be cancelled and refunded, deducting the picking fees.

    Yes, of course. We need the order confirmation / number and a valid photo ID to handover the goods.
