IKEA Click & Collect puts you in control. Order online when it suits you and choose when and where you want to collect your purchases. You will still have to drive to one of the pick-up points, but we get your products ready for you so that you’ll have more time and energy when it comes to assembling them.

With Click & Collect, you get your products much more quickly than if you were to shop yourself or use the delivery service. And everything you buy using Click & Collect has the same low prices as in the IKEA store. There are no hidden costs.

Our pick-up points are operated by an IKEA partner and act as pick-up points only, meaning no additional IKEA services are available at these locations.

How it works:
- Add the products you want to your online shopping cart
- Select “Click & Collect” in the online checkout
- Select the pick-up point in store or one of the external pick-up points and a time slot.
- Our staff will put your purchase together for you.
- As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will notify you by e-mail or SMS.
- Come and collect your order. Please stick to the pick-up time you selected. You'll find it on your order confirmation.
Good to know
- Due to high demand, time slots may be limited. Available times will be displayed in the online checkout.
- If you are unable to place an order at your chosen IKEA store, try another location, remove a product that is out of stock from your shopping cart, or place your order later when the product is back in stock.
- Pay attention to the dimensions and weight of the packaging to ensure that your order will fit inside your vehicle. You can find this information on the website of the respective product.
- For the safety of our customers and staff, all collections are contactless. Bring a helping hand with you to help you load your products.
- Need an order confirmation? If you have an order number, you can track your order.
- You can always combine Click & Collect with a visit to one of our stores if you would like to try a product before buying it.
