Show your IKEA Family card at the checkout in an IKEA store and we’ll give you a 14-day oops assurance to cover damage in transit and during assembly.

No-receipt exchanges

If you used your IKEA Family card umber when you shopped online or in store, you’ll be able to find your digital receipts in your profile.

Free Click & Collect*

Order online and collect it. Book Click & Collect and save the service fee at all IKEA pick-up points. (CHF 14.95 instead of 24.95 at external pick-up points.
