Important information about returns
- For logistical reasons, it is not possible to return products at our external pick-up point in Landquart, or at parcel pick-up stations.
- At the Plan and Order Points in Zurich and Chur, you can only return products that you have purchased there and taken directly with you.
- You can return products free of charge at the customer service desk in any of our stores.
