Would you like to book an assembly service for an order you have placed through the IKEA onlineshop?
We will send a professional to assemble your IKEA furniture at your home according to the assembly instructions. If you book our delivery service too, we will assemble your furniture at the same time. The service includes removal and disposal of any packaging.
CHF 100.00 - per sofa (Garden furniture excluded)
CHF 180.00 - per continental bed
For all other furniture:
Basic rate CHF 100.00 + 17% of the value of the goods
Our kitchen assembly service can save you precious time, especially when it comes to the trickier jobs like fitting sinks, taps, worktops and appliances
Kitchen installation: from CHF 399.00 per linear metre
From installation work such as hooking up water taps and dishwashers to connecting electrical appliances – we have the right service for you.
We know that assembling furniture can be a bit tricky sometimes. We’ll gladly do it for you. We will have all of your small, free-standing bathroom furniture professionally assembled for you (excluding wall-mounting).

Frequently asked questions about assembly and installation
Can I book assembly services for an online order?
Yes, you can request an installation date for your order in your profile under "My purchases" after you have placed your order. Our customer service will contact you with a possible date.
Can I change an existing assembly booking?
If you would like to change your assembly order, please contact us. Please have your order number ready.
How do I submit a claim if I'm delivered wrong, missing, or damaged products?
Please check during delivery whether the products ordered and delivered match and also inspect the packaging for damage.
If a mismatch is detected at an external pick-up point (Chur/Saxon), please contact our customer service. Our pick-up points are operated by external partners, so it is not possible to return or exchange goods there.
If you detect the error at home, please contact our customer service or visit one of our IKEA stores.
