You can book the assembly service directly when purchasing in a store or Plan and order point or when placing your order if shopping online. Or you can use the NeedHelp online platform.

IKEA furniture assembly
We will assemble your IKEA furniture at your home professionally and according to the instructions. If you book our delivery service as well, we will assemble your furniture on the same day.

The service price depends on the time and effort required for assembly.

Good to know
- For assembly service without simultaneous delivery we charge an additional travel fee of CHF 99.95.
- Special delivery requirements and tariffs apply to traffic-free locations.
- The assembly includes the professional assembly according to assembly instructions.
- As far as technically possible, wall and ceiling installations are carried out at the customer's request and risk.
- The value of the goods to be assembled always refers to the original price.
- The service includes the removal and disposal of any packaging.
Here’s how it works
- When placing an order online, select “Add assembly service” at the checkout and select the products in your shopping bag that you would like to have assembled. Or talk to one of our sales co-workers to book an assembly service in one of our stores or Plan and order points.
- The assembly price is based on the time required to assemble the products.
- Select the date that works for you. On the chosen date, our trained specialists will arrive at your home or office. This time estimates arrival only; the assembly may take longer than the time slot, depending on the size of the job.
- Once the job is done, make sure everything lives up to your expectations.
- Save your documents and spare parts (just in case).
- Enjoy your furniture.
