Mall 4 drawer dresser new improved designMilanI absolutely love this dresser since still owning one for nearly 20 years. The original is still going strong despite some sagging on the bottom of one drawer. This newer updated design comes with a metal bar that should help support the bottom of the drawers. My new Malm arrived promptly according to the delivery schedule, however, upon finishing the assembly on the last drawer, I'd noticed a defect/fault on the side of the drawer front in the shape of a missing piece of the veneer. I've called customer service asking for a replacement of the drawer front since all the rest is fine but, the only solution offered is to have the entire dresser returned and a new one delivered and assembled by Ikea. I appreciate a solution being offered, even though this solution is not convenient to me as this is for my holiday home. A spare drawer front, partial refund or credit would have worked better, since it is only a small effect and the rest of the drawer is absolutely fine. Very sturdy item.5
