If you want to issue a second invoice of your purchase, you can request it through our available e-mail forms.

To do so:

  1. Choose the form "Support after my purchase, for example assembly or delivery";
  2. Select "Finance";
  3. Specify the store and order/receipt number;
  4. In the "Order/Receipt Number" field place the original invoice number, located at the top of your invoice, ex: FA0000000000000/000. If you do not have this information available, place the same as the given example.
  5. Include in the field "Your message": full address, telephone number, NIF, date and total value of the purchase.

If you are missing spare parts from an item, you can request them through our available e-mail forms. We will send them directly to your home address. In the IKEA instruction manuals you will find, at the beginning, the listing of the spare parts that are included in the item. Each spare part has a unique reference number composed by 6 algorithms, which you should include in your request.

To do so:

  1. Choose the form "Support after my purchase, for example assembly or delivery";
  2. Select "Other subjects";
  3. Include in the field "Your message": item's reference/name, spare part's reference/quantity, full address and telephone number.
