Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect appointment?

Have you changed your mind and would you like to reschedule your Click & Collect in store date? You can change it yourself!

Check your order overview to change the date of your 'Click & Collect in store' appointment. It is only possible to postpone the pickup time, and not to move it to an earlier moment than you originally chose.

A 'Click & Collect near you' order cannot be modified. Does this date or time not suit you? Then choose to cancel it and place a new order.

If you do not pick up your order within the specified time, an automatic refund (for merchandise only) will be processed. Please allow 14 days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
