Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect appointment?

Have you changed your mind and would you like to reschedule your Click & Collect in store date? You can change it yourself!

Check your order overview to change the date of your 'Click & Collect in store' appointment. It is only possible to postpone the pickup time, and not to move it to an earlier moment than you originally chose.

A 'Click & Collect near you' order cannot be modified. Does this date or time not suit you? Then choose to cancel it and place a new order.

If you do not pick up your order within the specified time, an automatic refund (for merchandise only) will be processed. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
