What are the different Click & Collect options?

At IKEA you can easily buy online and decide to pick the goods in the store, in collect boxes outside a store, or in an external pick-up point.

The Click & Collect service is carried out during opening hours in the stores or the pick-up points. The collect boxes are accessible 24/7, except in Vernier.

Click & Collect (stores and external pick-up points):

For Click&Collect orders, you order online and collect your bought products at the goods' hand out. The collection point is clearly shown with a Click & Collect sign. If needed you can ring a bell so that a co-worker comes and help you.

The goods need to be picked in the time window you selected. 

Process:

  • You shop online easily and select before the payment the "Click & Collect" option.
  • You select the collection point and time window.
  • Our co-workers prepare the goods for you.
  • As soon as the goods are ready for you to pick-up, we inform you about about via e-mail or SMS.

Collect Box: 

For Collect box orders, you order online and collect the products you bought online by yourself in the blue boxes outside the store.

Information:

  • Collect boxes are available outside each IKEA store.
  • They are reachable 24/7, except in Vernier*.

You receive per SMS or e-mail a code to open the collect box. 

*In Vernier, the boxes are accessible on the following days/times: Monday (4-23.59), Tuesday-Thursday (24/24), Friday-Saturday (4-20).

Didn't receive a code?

Open your order under "Track & Manage my order" via IKEA website. In the first line of the opened order you will see a window with the PIN code in it.
