When purchasing online, you can decide to choose the Invoice purchase option. This is valid for all online orders, except Click & Collect orders. Simply choose this option while ordering and, within one week after your delivery happened, you will receive payment instructions by e-mail or post from CembraPay, with a payment deadline of 30 days.

In the Online shop, we offer the option of Invoice purchase in cooperation with our partner CembraPay.
b. Validity:
As a private customer, you can split your invoice payment across up to 3 instalments at a 0% interest. CembraPay may charge you for reminders if you are late with your payments. A fee of CHF 4.25 (incl. post office counter fee) is applied if you choose to receive the invoice via post. The option to receive the invoice via e-mail is free of charge.

d. Problems with an invoice:
Most common reasons for an issue with invoice payment are following:

- Incorrectly spelled e-mail or delivery address or wrong zip code
- Click & Collect order - this order type cannot be paid with CembraPay
- new address not yet listed in the usual databases, especially at the post office or at CRIF AG in Zurich
- business customers: billing address in the order is not the same as registered in the commercial register
- private customers: billing address is different than delivery address
