What can I do when something is missing in my order?
If something is missing in your delivery or in your Click&Collect order, please control first all the product references that have been booked. Check also on your order status if the order has been splitted in two. If your order status shows that your order is complete or if the products you receive don't match your order confirmation, please contact IKEA within 7 days.
- Please verify the list of products you bought on your receipt or confirmation e-mail.
- Have also a look in "Track and manage my order" to secure that your order wasn't splitted. Your products might be on the way!
- If this is not the case, inform your delivery team directly or contact IKEA within 7 days. The fastest way is to go directly to the Customer Service of the closest store with your proof of purchase, but you can also contact us. Be aware that Plan & Order Points and external Pick-up Points don't have a Customer Service.
