My Click & Collect order does not fit in my car. Can I temporarily store the products locally or transfer them to a delivery?
You can request a delivery at the Customer Service Desk or book a van with our partner company 'Europcar provided by Allride'. Download their app and check for available vans.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to convert your Click & Collect order directly into a delivery. However, we are happy to help you find a solution. If you would like to book a delivery, our customer service staff will be happy to help you.
If you are in an IKEA store, you can rent a delivery van from our service partner 'Europcar provided by Allride'. You can easily book your delivery through their app. Register on their app and book a free van.
