What is Click & Collect?
With Click & Collect, you can order your items online and pick them up later at the pick-up point of your choice.
Shop online and select "Click & Collect" in the ordering process, choose the desired pick-up location and a time slot. We will inform you by email or SMS as soon as the goods are available.
You can pick up your order at one of our stores or pick-up points during opening hours or 24/7* if you choose the option Collect Boxes - see details on our website Ikea.ch.
