What is the IKEA return policy for mattresses?
It is important to IKEA that you love your new mattress. If it's too firm or too soft for you, you have 90 days to bring the mattress back and change it for another.
Your mattress may seem initially a bit too firm. You should give it and your body time to get used to each other. Don't forget to secure that your pillow also suits you and your new mattress.
You have 90 days to make your decision and bring the matress back to us, provided that it is not dirty, marked or damaged. You can simply take your mattress back to an IKEA store with your proof of purchase and we will give you a refund card of its value and help you find one that suits you better.
Be aware this is not valid for pads or toppers.
