What is the IKEA return policy for mattresses?
It is important to IKEA that you love your new mattress. If it's too firm or too soft for you, you have 90 days to bring the mattress back and change it for another.
If there’s a quality issue, you can still bring your mattress back to a store within the guarantee period with your purchase receipt. Our specialists will carry out a quality check. Based on the result, you’ll either need to keep it, have it recycled at your own cost, or you’ll receive a refund card to get a new mattress.
