What can I do if I have lost personal property at IKEA?
If your item is found, we will hold it for a few days at Customer Service. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service.
Have you lost or forgotten something in our stores? All items that we find are kept in customer service.
Please describe the lost item as accurately as possible so that we can be sure that it belongs to you. This is the only way we can return the item to you. We will be happy to return any paid-for goods that you have forgotten upon presentation of proof of purchase. Of course, the item will only be returned if it has been found.
If you are unable to visit your IKEA store, we will be happy to check for you whether the missing item has been found. Contact us, but you should always collect your item from the store.
