Can I return a product in store?
Of course! If you're not completely happy or simply changed your mind, IKEA products can be returned in any store in Switzerland within 365 days.
You can return or exchange IKEA products at any IKEA store Switzerland as long as they still are in our range. Simply visit the Customer Service with your product and proof of purchase.
Be aware that returns are not possible in our external pick-up points and are limited in Plan and Order Points.
For a quicker process, you can use IKEA express returns. Skip the queue and register your return online.
