How does the sewing service at IKEA work?

IKEA works with various social partners who shorten your curtains. You'll get them back washed and ironed.

Price:
CHF 29.95 per pack of two curtains
The price remains the same if it is only a single large block-out curtain in the pack.
Good to know:
  • Measure the height of the room or of the window very precisely and inform yourself about assembly possibilities (e.g. available track rails.)
  • Except in the Spreitenbach store, curtains packages that have already been opened may also be sent to the sewing partner, as long as they're still in the current range, securely packed and can't be damaged during transport.
  • Within 10 to 14 working days you can collect the curtains either in your local store or have them sent to you by postal service (additionally CHF 9.95).
  • Curtains that have already been customized will not be "re-corrected".
  • Our return policy is also valid for sewed curtains. The cost of the sewing service won't be refunded.
