Can I return products to a small shop or collection point?

These locations are not full IKEA stores and therefore, in some cases, cannot process returns.

Which locations do not accept returns?
Some shop formats do not accept returns due to infrastructure and logistics limitations:
  • Planning spaces.
  • Urban stores.
  • Collection points.
Where can I return my products?
You can return your purchase at one of our selected IKEA stores, even if you didn’t buy it in that particular store, at a post office, or by booking a home collection service. Before you go, please use our store finder to check on the store’s local page that the location you have in mind accepts returns.
