How does Click & Collect work?
To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, and select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up. Ensure you have your order confirmation and ID with you. For any issues during collection, follow instructions provided in your notification or reach out to IKEA customer support.
- Place your order (online, in store or with the distance selling team):
- Lack of stock in the store for Click & Collect.
- The item is not available for collection and is only offered with home delivery (delivery to your door or inside your home).
- You have 24 hours to collect it from the store (Click & Collect) and Lockers.
- You have 3 days (72 hours) to go to the collection points.
