Can I return a product that has been delivered to a collection point?

Unfortunately, not all collection points are authorised to accept returns, even if the product was delivered there.

Why are returns not accepted at some collection points?
Due to the characteristics of the space, some collection points do not have the necessary infrastructure or logistics to handle returns, regardless of the size of the product.
 
If you need to return a product, you can go to any of our main stores on the peninsula, even if you did not make the purchase at that store. Click here to find your IKEA store.
 
If you want to confirm whether a specific collection point accepts returns:
