Right of withdrawal for online purchases

If you bought your products online or over the phone, by law you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the agreement, without needing to state why and without incurring a penalty.

• You can open and assemble the product to check its appearance.
• If you use the product more than is necessary to check it, we have the right to charge you an amount proportional to its loss in value, but never to refuse a return within that 14-day period.
• The refund will be paid to you using the same payment method as was used to buy the product, within 14 days from receipt of the product or proof of postage.

*This right is independent of any sales policy that we offer.

Other return policy specifications

• This policy applies to the purchase of products for individual use. For customers who are not considered consumers in compliance with the applicable legislation and for those who make their purchase through, or with the support of, the IKEA Business Network:
  • the return period will be THIRTY (30) DAYS, meaning that the return period set out in the general IKEA return policy does not apply to these customers;
  • they expressly accept, as an essential condition, that IKEA will not accept from these customers returns of products that have been previously opened or assembled, even if later disassembled and/or not returned in their original packaging.
• These return conditions do not affect consumer rights with regards to guarantees (RDL1/2007).
