How much does the IKEA pick-up service cost for returns?

If you prefer, at IKEA we can arrange the collection of your item for return. This service has an associated cost and is only available for orders in which you have previously contracted a home delivery.

What is the cost of the home collection service?
  • The price of pickup is equivalent to the shipping fee for your area.
  • The cost varies depending on:
    • The size of the order.
    • The pick-up location.
    • The type of shipment.

If you have placed an order with home delivery and wish to return the products, Contact us:

We will explain the steps to follow and organize the collection at the address of your choice, on the date and time slot that best suits you (according to the availability of the delivery company). The delivery company will arrange for the item to be returned to the appropriate store.
 
Remember: the item must be Disassembled and packed so that it can be picked up.
