What is the return policy for products purchased from the IKEA "Secondhand Store"?
Products purchased from IKEA's "Secondhand Store" section can be returned according to IKEA's 365-day return policy.
Products purchased in the "Secondhand store» can be returned within the 365 days, in accordance with the general returns policy. To complete the return, you must present the product along with the Purchase Ticket in the Returns Counter of any IKEA store (peninsula). The refund will be made by means of a IKEA refund card that you can use in future purchases.
What happens if the product is not in the same condition as I bought it?
The store team will evaluate the condition of the product and determine the amount to be refunded. If the product is not in the same condition in which it was purchased, don't worry. The store staff will assess its condition, check that everything is correct and inform you of the Amount corresponding to the refund. The decision is based on the physical evaluation of the product at the time of return.
