Products purchased from IKEA's "Secondhand Store" section cannot be returned according to IKEA's 365-day return policy.
Products purchased in the "Secondhand store» cannot be returned within the 365 days, in accordance with the general returns policy.
What happens if the product is not in the same condition as I bought it?
We can only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and packaging and that retain all their labels.
