Can I return a product to the store?
Yes, if you have made a purchase at IKEA Spain (mainland) —whether online, in a physical store or through our distance selling team (telephone or chat)— you can return it to some stores. Before going, you should check on the local website whether the store accepts returns.
- You can return your items at one of our selected IKEA stores, at a Post Office, or by arranging a home collection service. Before you go, use our store locator to check on the store’s local page that the one you have in mind accepts returns.
- Go to the IKEA store on the mainland; no appointment is necessary.
- Go to the Customer Service desk, located near the exit, after the checkouts.
- Bring the product and your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with you.
- Return by post: for small products.
- Request home collection: if you previously contracted a delivery service.
