Can I return a product to the store?

Yes, if you have made a purchase at IKEA Spain (mainland) —whether online, in a physical store or through our distance selling team (telephone or chat)— you can return your product to any IKEA store on the mainland (Península), regardless of where you made the purchase.

To return an item in store:
  1. Go to any IKEA store on the mainland; no appointment is necessary.
  2. Go to the Customer Service desk, located near the exit, after the checkouts.
  3. Bring the product and your proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) with you.
 
If you are unable to go to the store, you can also:
  • Return by post: for small products.
  • Request home collection: if you previously contracted a delivery service.
 
Can I return a product purchased in another country or on the islands?
No, this is not possible. Returns must be made in the country where the purchase was made. You can return or exchange your products as long as you purchased them from IKEA Spain (mainland), either in-store, online or through our distance selling team.
If you have purchased in Spain (Península) and wish to return the product in another country or in the islands (Balearic and Canary Islands), this will not be possible, as returns can only be processed in the country where the purchase was made.
