Can I return a product by post (parcel service)?

If you are unable to visit an IKEA store, you can return small items via a post office. Below, we explain how to do this and what conditions apply.

The conditions for returning items by post are:
  • All items to be returned must belong to the same order or purchase receipt.
  • The total weight of the package must not exceed 25 kg.
  • The packaging of each returned package must not exceed the maximum dimensions (78.5 cm x 55 cm x 39 cm).
  • The cost of the service is 1€.
How to return an item by post?
  1. Prepare the product in suitable packaging to protect it.
  2. Fill in the online form (one for each receipt, as the refund will be made according to the original payment method).
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label and a QR code. It is not necessary to print the label, as it will be handled directly at the post office.
  4. Take the package to a post office to complete the return.
You can use this return method regardless of how you purchased the product (online, in-store or remotely) and the type of delivery (with or without home delivery).
 
Can I return items from different orders or receipts through Correos?
Yes. Please note that, as these are different orders or receipts, you will need to fill in a form for each group.
