Can I cancel my order?

It is possible to cancel the order as well as the contracted services.

To start the process, you can access the following link, add the requested data, then select the option ‘Cancel Order’. 

If it is not possible to cancel your order, it may have already been prepared or is in the process of being dispatched; in this case, please contact us so that we can process it. 

We will refund the full amount of your purchase, including the cost of transport, provided that you notify us more than 48 hours before the delivery date. After this time, IKEA does not guarantee that the order has not left our premises and the refund will be reduced by the transport costs. The refund will be made within 7 working days using the same payment method.

Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation message. If you wish to check that the process has been carried out correctly, visit the section Where is my order? after a few minutes and you will find all the information you need about the status of your order.

Note: if you need to contact us by phone, chat or Social Networks, either to consult or to make a change to your order, we inform you that for data protection reasons, this can only be done by the owner.
