What is IKEA's return policy for a custom countertop?
At IKEA, custom-made countertops – whether laminated, ceramic or quartz – are considered custom products. For this reason, they are not included in the general return policy.
If you wish to cancel your order, it is advisable to do so before the manufacturing process begins, as once started, no refund will be possible.
Please note that even if you cancel the order before manufacturing, the costs associated with the measurement service are non-refundable.
