I have a service contract with IKEA Home, how can I change or cancel it?

IKEA Home is an app that connects you with home improvement service professionals. Any changes you wish to make must be communicated directly to the supplier via the app's chat.

If you wish to change the agreed appointment (date/time) or cancel the service, you must inform the provider using the chat available in the application. 
If you wish to cancel the service:
  • Before the service start date:  you can cancel the request without any problem within the application itself.  
  • From the service start date stated in the quotation onwards: send an email to ikeahome.soporte.es@ikea.com, providing the service ID and the reasons for cancellation. Remember that depending on the Terms and Conditions of the service provider you have accepted, a percentage penalty may apply as this will be set according to the provider's cancellation policy. 

 Please note that once the service has started, there will be no cancellation option.
