I have a service contract with IKEA Home Services, how can I change or cancel it?
IKEA Home Services is an app that connects you with home improvement service professionals. Any changes you wish to make must be communicated directly to the supplier via the app's chat.
- Before the service start date: you can cancel the request without any problem within the application itself.
- From the service start date stated in the quotation onwards: send an email to ikeahome.soporte.es@ikea.com, providing the service ID and the reasons for cancellation. Remember that depending on the Terms and Conditions of the service provider you have accepted, a percentage penalty may apply as this will be set according to the provider's cancellation policy.
Please note that once the service has started, there will be no cancellation option.
