Redeem gift cards
- Validity: 10 years (if the card does not have an expiry date)
- Gift cards can be redeemed at any IKEA store or Plan and Order Point, through the IKEA App, and in our online shop for IKEA Switzerland and many other countries.
- Gift cards purchased at IKEA as a digital gift card or in store are ready to use.
- Gift cards sold by external partners (post offices, petrol stations and certain supermarkets) can take up to 48 hours to activate.
- Physical IKEA gift cards are transferable and rechargeable (to top up, the balance must be CHF 0)
- Credit cannot be paid out in cash or used to settle credit card invoices.
