Where is the spare part I ordered?
Spare parts delivery can vary depending on where they come from.
Small spare parts like screws may need up to one week to be delivered.
If you're expecting bigger parts like a table leg, it may take up to 3 weeks.
If you received a confirmation e-mail, you have there a link to track the order. If not, please reach out to our Customer Service. Please prepare your spare part order number, beginning most of the time with AS.
