How do I order bigger spare parts?

Furniture components that don't have a spare part number and can't be ordered by yourself. You can reach out to our Customer service online or in an IKEA store.

Please have your proof of purchase ready, so we can easily identify the product and if it is still under warranty.
Spare components of furnitures that we don't sell anymore (such as previous range or FAKTUM kitchen fronts) might not be open to order anymore. The new PAX back panel can no longer be ordered as a spare part. The whole frame needs to be changed. The previous PAX back panel can only be ordered in a store.
You can contact us or your Customer service in a store and a co-worker will check if this can be ordered separately, is available directly in the store, and at what cost. Such spare parts need around 3 weeks to be delivered to your address.
