What can I do if want to make changes after the installation of my IKEA kitchen?

If you don't want to change something on your kitchen but have an issue with a kitchen product:
a. If you could solve the issue by yourself:
1. have a look at our product support page to see if we already have a troubleshoot guide for your product
2. order a spare part online
b. If you cannot solve the issue by yourself:
1. check the date of purchase on your order confirmation or on your receipt to see if it falls within the legal guarantee. If you registered your purchase on your IKEA Family account, you can also find it online in your purchase history.
2. verify if it’s covered by an extended warranty and if so, please raise a claim online. You can also go directly in a store or contact us by phone. One of our co-workers will try and help you with a solution.
