What can I do if my IKEA product has a quality issue?
All IKEA products are carefully tested before being sold. However, if something goes wrong and you notice a quality issue over time, you have at least 2 years to inform us. Some product families have an extended warranty period.
b. think about ordering a spare part online if this would solve easily the quality issue
c. check your order confirmation or your receipt to see if it falls within the 2-year legal guarantee. If you registered your purchase on your IKEA Family account, you can also find it online in your purchase history.
d. verify if it’s covered by an extended warranty. Be aware that the extended guarantee for sofa only covers sofa frame, seat cushions and back cushions.
e. if it's covered by a guarantee, please raise a claim online. You can also go directly in a store or contact us. One of our co-workers will help you with a solution.
