What can I do if my IKEA product has some parts missing or damaged?
If you miss some parts, please verify that they are indeed part of the furniture and that you shouldn't have ordered them separately. If not, depending on which parts you need, you can often order them online to have them delivered.
- verify all the boxes you bought or received
- check that those parts were not to be ordered or bought separately
- check on the assembly instruction the spart part number and order them online (delivery time: around 2 weeks)
- control that the closest store has this product in stock and bring your proof of purchase and full product for an exchange. The Customer service often also has a selection of useful screws and fittings.
- contact us, we will then see what is the best way for you to get the full product as fast as possible

If something was damaged during delivery, you have 7 days to inform us (also via our transport partner). If something got damaged afterwards, as an IKEA Family member, you have 14 days from purchase date to exchange it in one of our stores.
