How do I order small spare parts?
Fittings that have a number can be bought online directly on our website. Some are also available directly in the stores.
Those include screws, knobs, plugs and other similar fittings. They have a 6-8 digit number (called spare part number).
The easiest way to find this number is in your product's assembly instructions, on paper with your product or online on the product information, if it still is in sale. Then simply order them online. It usually takes up to 10 days to receive them per post.
If the spare part number doesn't exist anymore, the best solution is to contact us or your Customer service in the store.
