Your IKEA Family profile is your key to everything IKEA. Log in on IKEA.ch or in the IKEA app to find your digital receipts, keep track and manage your orders and projects, gift-cards and rewards, use handy self‑service options and easily update your membership details. All in one place, whenever you need it.
Here’s what you can manage in your IKEA Family profile:
- Purchases and Orders:
All your receipts are saved automatically in your purchase history when you identified your membership when purchasing. From here, you can track your orders, reschedule or cancel deliveries, initiate returns or claims, and easily order spare parts for your products. You can also monitor open cases, such as claims and ongoing returns. - Digital gift and refund cards:
Add and manage all your digital gift and refund cards. - Rewards:
View your collected points and activate rewards. - Projects:
Start and save your furnishing projects. - Profile Settings:
a. Update personal information:
Keep your profile up to date by changing your name, home address, email address, and other contact details.
b. Manage marketing preferences:
Choose if and how you receive marketing messages for IKEA products and services. You can opt in or out of emails and text messages. Note that opting out of emails means you may miss out on special offers and surprises, such as your birthday voucher. If you have opted in but aren't receiving emails, please check your junk or spam folder, as messages can sometimes end up there.
